Refund Policy

In general, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless under the following special circumstances: 

  1. Received items are missing or incomplete. 
  2. Ordered items do not match the received items (excluding color differences). 
  3. Received items are expired. 

The return and exchange procedure is as follows: 

  1. If you discover any damage to the product after receiving it, please contact us within 7 days by emailing to follow up. 
  2. Please keep the product packaging and ensure it remains in good condition. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the packaging is damaged or if the product has been used. 
  3. Please email us at within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange. 
  4. Once we confirm that the product meets the requirements of our return and exchange policy, we will notify you of the status of your request as soon as possible. 
  5. Refunds are generally not provided, except in special circumstances where we are unable to replace or resend the product. In such cases, we will arrange for a refund within approximately 7 working days. 

*If you fail to contact us within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange request. 

Please take note of the following guidelines when applying for a return or exchange: 

  1. Submit the request within the specified return or exchange period. 
  2. Keep the packaging in good condition. 
  3. Opened, used, or damaged products caused by personal reasons will not be eligible for return or exchange. 

*Customers should consider the risks of shipping before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. 
*We do not accept cancellations for orders requested after payment has been made for personal reasons. 
(The above conditions do not apply to pre-ordered products, which cannot be canceled for any reason.)
